I’ve wrestled since I was 13, at Cornell College, then coached college at Doane, Campbellsville, and Lakeland. Now I run youth wrestling programs at Beat the Streets Chicago. PUSHPULL is where I write about the overlooked side of the sport and coach private lessons.
